DOULA SUPPORT
— The first meeting is for us to understand if we match. Secondly, we discuss the details and plans for your delivery (choosing a maternity home and medical treatment). You share your request, and we appoint time and place convenient for you (at your place/in a café/with or without your husband).
— After that we sign a contract within one week.
— During consultations, we discuss your questions and I share information on your request. We also try different massage techniques and experience new requests and wishes.
— When you call me, I leave for your place/a maternity home and stay with you all the way through plus 1 more hour after the delivery.
— A few days later I will visit you and your baby one more time.

birth support from start to finish, 10 hours included (add. hour +1500kr) included 1 hour after the birth
use of additional tools (oils, massagers)
— In the beginning, we will have a video call to get acquainted, I will talk about the shooting process and show more materials on request.
— After that we sign a contract within one week.

SHOOTING THE BIRTH
